Ask about the most challenging projects and difficult deadlines they’ve encountered. Gather insights from their results, their MO (modus operandi) in those circumstances, and their affect during the recall of the events.  Closely observing factors like these will give you insights into how the candidate will perform during stressful times  if hired.
