Job Description

Team up with a great organization in MA to fast-forward your career ahead!

A career-leaping opportunity for Senior Staff level professionals has opened-up at a successful global corporation that provides specialized services to industrial & commercial markets. It has over 250 operating facilities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and in Europe. In 2022, they are seeing an 11 percent increase in revenues over 2021 as they close in on $2B.

This worldwide enterprise has many distinguished accomplishments, including a Forbes recognition as one of the Platinum 400 Best Big Companies. The business functions with close-knit working units, across their 10,000 plus employees and values each worker as a family member. It believes in retaining its human resource talent by offering them a broader scope of paths for exceptional professional development.

The company presently seeks a Financial Reporting Supervisor to possess exposures to internal and external financial reporting requirements. It desires a person who can quickly grasp the entity’s full accounting framework and processes so they may strengthen their foundation for collaborative relationships within this corporation’s accounting department as well as across other divisions.

The role involves responsibilities such as reviewing corporate financial statements, associated variance analysis, sustaining internal controls, undertaking SEC filings, and enabling US GAAP compliance. Succession to taking ownership over this function as the current manager had done in 2-3 years is in the plan. That can leverage you with a stronger resume up to the Senior Manager ranks of this larger scale corporation or others in your future.

Joining this corporate entity comes with a package of exciting benefits such as various insurance coverages, paid holidays, sick leave, direct payroll deposit, benefits from the employee referral program, and an employee assistance program. You can expect an appealing pay scale coupled with a 10 percent bonus.

The candidate must have direct SEC private industry exposure or hold public accounting experience of 4+ years and be qualified with an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting. The ability to function with software like MS Excel and People Soft along with a great command over oral and written communication is also preferred. He/she should also hold appropriate organizational and multitasking skills.
