An emerging US company HQ located in Greater Boston operating within the energy generation sector is looking to hire multiple Senior Financial Analysts to support 4 critical growing areas of the business. The organization has the backing of a noted NYSE-listed investment giant with a valuation of about $40 billion. They hold a significant growth forecast for the coming fiscal year with plans to accelerate the expansion of its country-wide presence.
Their technology in the renewable energy space has its roots in Europe where it has already shown immense success and acceptance across member countries in the European Union. The US-based Energy Investment group witnessing its potential there – just committed more than $200M to set up the same model here in the US.
The business infrastructure consists of strategic alliances with American Dairy Farms, and its technology is constructed & installed at sites to effect a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions while transforming it into the production of RNG. The company has been the recipient of numerous recognitions and awards, such as the 2021 US Outstanding Dairy Sustainability Award, the 2020 Energy Vision Leadership Award, and the 2019 Longevity Award by the American Biogas Council for its sustainable operations.
The company is seeking potential managerial candidates with FPA backgrounds to support decision making with analytics and in forecasting. Functional areas being assisted include Sales, Business Development, Corporate FP&A, and Agribusiness Operations. Their roles involve delivering financial performance data, related ad hoc analysis, financial report preparation, budgeting, debt & equity structuring, and the evaluation of investment opportunities and proposed projects.
The company requires candidates to have earned a Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics and professional certifications such as a CMA, CPA, or CFA; a Master’s Degree is also a plus. Strong communication & good social skills, leadership qualities, and critical thinking ability combined with 3+ years of work experience in financial planning are preferred.
