Building & Facilities Supervisor
The company growth has us hiring for management in Our Building & Facilities Teams!
If you have experience in supervising and leading staff, have worked in the Food or Dairy Industries or another industry segment with similar/ related Facilities Systems and Operations, perhaps, you are ready to find an expanding organization that can help your career grow, too.
-Have you overseen the activities for a building, its various utilities (electricity, water, steam, air, HVAC); and helped with the coordination of the Capital investment and the construction projects, real estate, and external services that come along with such a job function?
-This role manages boiler techs, mechanics, and general facilities staff to ensure that the quality of water/steam is adequate and confirms an appropriate design of the water and electricity lines, maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and safety for our workers and our customers products.
-It’s a function that helps to provide daily oversight of the operation and maintenance of an ammonia refrigeration system, the operation and maintenance of Steam system and boilers, the operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems, and it offers a 120/230/480 Electrical experience; general building maintenance, and upkeep to the CMMS and its accurate records. Some significant knowledge in management systems (ISO 9001 or related), OSHA, FDA, USDA and EPA related regulations are highly desirable.
