Lead Project Engineer – Vertical Startup, Project Development & Execution
The company growth has us hiring for this critical position working with the Operations Leadership Team
If you have experience with:
-Coordinating and directing plant personnel across all the impacted departments in the installation of large-scale capital equipment/machinery, that was ideally performed in a Food or Dairy Processing environment or at a plant in another relevant industrial sector
-Leading the various stages of the process to include the design phase with design concepts, reviews of process flow diagrams, of piping & instrumentation (P&ID);
-Developing contractor bid packages, overseeing project installation, cost tracking, training and startup assistance, and post project support
-Overseen the activities for a Vertical Startup (VSU) process, leading the commissioning/authorizing & troubleshooting of phases through final completion
-Identifying & resolving technical problems
-understanding the critical regulations impacting the project with regarding many of the regulatory bodies- OSHA, USDA (U.S. Department of Ag), HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points), FDA (Food & Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
–If you hold (minimally) a BS in Engineering with this experience, excellent communication, technical, analytical, organizational, technical writing, and problem-solving skills…
