If you have experience in supervising and leading production teams (ours can range in size from 20-40), and you’ve worked in the Food or Dairy Industries, or some other closely related manufacturing operation…
-Should you have overseen the activities of planning and coordinating the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets
-If you have coordinated across a business with multiple teams to ensure your unit’s needs are met like Maintenance & Repairs are completed to maximize efficiency & services, housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
– If you’re that person that has recognized value in the people on your team AND still can remain responsible for variances measured on the food product, the labor cost & labor efficiencies, and packaging…
