Pricing is determined by the level of time allotted to our searches, i.e., the hrs. per wk. assigned or needed. The level of the role, the site location, and its nearby talent supply are factors which are considered. Also, if our concurrent search-projects nearby offer fits, discounts can be found.

*Any retainer payments will be credited against the agreed upon flat fee (includes small monthly, periodic or 1-time engagement options). These are based on contracted sourcing hours – managed by our veteran topic experts who offer both the added screening level of service and the full cycle recruiting capability a search.
