Senior Analyst: Sought to join this Energy Company’s Economic & Strategic Ops Teams

We wanted to let you know about this local Energy Company with eight multiple entities & a long history of consistent growth; they’re producing over $5OOm. in revenue & operate with $1B+ in assets. They seek a Senior Analyst to join operational efforts to track and report on performance results and providing critical analysis about their involvement in popular energy efficiency initiates….they would consider a profile like yours!

Two roles have recently opened due to promotions into other affiliated Units. You’d be working with a team of five seasoned professionals in a department which is with ~15 members in this immediate Strategic & Reporting Ops area of the company. There are many supportive colleagues willing to assist you with your onboarding, initial training, professional career development, & succession planning.

They maintain beautiful offices in the area and once orientated to the role, a flexible hybrid schedule can be arranged.

As a member of this department, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for refining and performing complex procedures related to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and responding to both routine and ad hoc reports. This role will see you
identifying opportunities to manage costs, increase efficiency within the department, and ensure both internal and external deliverables are executed on time and with a high degree of accuracy.

This Senior Analyst will work with other departments within the Company as well as with other program administrators of the NHSaves and Mass Save energy efficiency programs; this also involves the persons hired in unique collaborations with your counterparts from other energy companies in the region.

Analytical support and reporting to help the success on two economically meaningful regional initiatives

Qualifications: My client seeks a Bachelors or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably economics, statistics, or mathematics; candidates with extensive and relevant experience in Financial functions will also be seriously considered. A minimum of four years of directly applicable professional experience in an energy operation, utility or from a regulated environment; strong analytical and organizational skills, strong oral & written communication skills, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel are needed.
