After graduating from Northeastern University, Holly Peterson joined the corporate Human Resource department at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Holly then moved into a Recruiting Manager role at the Robert Half Offices in Hartford, CT. There she became the top producer in her market discipline for the Northeast US region within one year of her start date.

She returned to the Boston area accepting a role with HubSpot and works in their corporate Human Resource department. She joined their Talent Acquisition Team recruiting across many disciplines and at all levels of management.
Holly is a Project Consultant and is on the Advisory Board for Peterson-BICS Corp.
