Since graduating with her BS in business administration, marketing, and advertising in 2010, Jen has spent the majority of her time working in the HR department of a large global corporation. She originally worked for a year at an IT talent sourcing firm. She then found a company where she saw 3 promotions in 7 years in HR. She continues on the path of honing her core skills in finance recruiting and also supports our marketing efforts in the Captive Insurance industry.
