Joe has been a long-standing recruiting partner with John Peterson for over 25 years. He founded and is Managing Principal at Wellington Professional Placement. He still operates that Boston area recruiting firm, serving his clientele after 27 years where he has been placing all levels of accounting and finance personnel. Joe earned his BS in Accounting from Northeastern University in 1984. He went on to work as a Corporate Auditor for 2 years, before starting his career as an Executive Recruiter in 1987 at another Boston based recruitment firm.
