Mike has been the President at MGA Search Specialists for nearly 20 years, specializing in recruiting talent for the food and beverage industries, he’s also worked with animal life science segments, and operates his search business on a national basis. Mike and John have worked together and have shared space in a collaborative office model for over ten years.
Mike’s previous experience before MGA search was at a national search organization. He also had been a Food Technologist, Project Leader, Production & Procurement Manager, and Account Executive in the Food Industry. Mike completed his BS and Masters’ Degrees in Agriculture at the University of Connecticut.
